Lessons

The slow kind of music.

Most of my work is for one big day. Lessons are the opposite — the quiet, ordinary weeks where music actually takes root. I keep a small handful of students so each one gets my full attention.

A note from me

We start with what you love — a song on the radio, a piece you’ve always wanted to play — and build the technique quietly underneath it.

Whether it’s a child at the bench for the first time or an adult returning after years away, my job is the same: make it feel possible, and make it feel good.

What we might cover.

  • Reading music — and a steady, comfortable hand at the keys.
  • Singing — breath, tone, and the confidence to be heard.
  • Theory & ear — understanding what your hands are doing.
  • The songs you actually want — learning never sticks without them.
  • Performance nerves — handled gently, at your pace.
