A short privacy notice, in plain language.

This site is run by Anhthu Huynh-Bui, a musician based in San José. I keep this notice short because the site collects very little.

What the contact form collects

When you fill out the contact form, it sends me your name, email, optional phone number, event date and type, how you found me if you answer that question, and message. The form emails those details to my inbox so I can reply. Your details are also saved to my own private database, hosted on Cloudflare, so I can keep track of inquiries, bookings, agreements, invoices, and ceremony plans. They’re not sold or shared for marketing, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

What I do with it

I use your details to answer your message and, if you book, to plan your event, prepare private agreement and invoice links, send booking-related reminders, and keep an internal record of payment status and ceremony details. Electronic signing may record the signer name, signing time, IP address, browser information, and a document fingerprint so the signed copy can be audited. I don’t sell your information or add you to a marketing list.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand general traffic. There are no tracking cookies and nothing that identifies you personally. Embedded video loads only when you press play; uploaded video streams from the media bucket.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete the message and details you sent at any time. Reply to my email or write to me, and I’ll remove them.
